    All of the fences they have are broken and falling down, have sharp edges, have wires hanging off them, and have holes with sharp edges, the fence has been pushed into my property by the plows and every year it gets worst!

    I have called the management company about the fence on my property line several times over the past few years and they have never fixed it.

    MDC dug up the road and fixed a water pipe last week. Now the asphalt is coming out and the pothole is huge. The hole is about six or eight inches beep and a small car can almost fit in it.

    Sidewalk is in disrepair, badly broken, large pcs of slate broken uneven and coming out of the ground.

    A feral cat community is living on a old mattress in this parking lot and are being fed by the building tenants- the whole area smells. The cats are filthy, and the smell of spray is strong.
