This was left over from after the West Peachtree, Phase II Streetscape project. GA Power came in and buried the overhead line after the fact but did a poor job patching the work. Property owner had been following-up with GA Power for some time, but they are refusing to fix. Perhaps Midtown Alliance maintenance crews can address this.

NW corner Pine/Peachtree. Bolts from former sign sticking up at corner. Near ADA ramps - creates tripping hazard.

Type A Light Skirt Damaged - needs replacing. Wiring panel seems to be missing as well.

SE corner West Peachtree and Ponce. This is one of three Dying Willow Oaks near MARTA plaza (North Avenue Rail Station). Tree would need to be removed, stumps ground, new tree installed.

Grind existing stump and install missing tree in existing tree well (beside parking meter).

Install missing trees in existing planter at edge of bulb-out - near SW corner Peachtree/16th in front of High Museum. Match existing Highpoint Nuttal Oaks. NOTE: sewer line believed to be under portion of bulb-out. Carefully dig out soil and locate tree root ball in the field away from sewer line.

Grind existing stump and install missing tree in existing tree well.
