    1001-1033 First St Ne Washington, DC 20002, USA - Capitol Hill
    1 Coca Cola truck (VA plate: 63-089P) and 2 Goldin & Stafford construction vehicles (MD plates: 783965G and 500F20) were blocking the 1st St NE bike lanes (1001-1033 1st St NE, east side of street). This was during rush hour. There were no signs indicating the vehicles were permitted to park in the bike lane. This makes it very unsafe for cyclists and works against the city's vision zero goals.

    This trash container was abandoned behind 1109 Penn St NE in September 2016. It has never been emptied, it just sits there and attracts pests. The residents at 1109 Penn St NE use a different hauler and the containers are on the back porch. Please remove it permanently.

    Broken glass and debris are in alley between Owen and Penn Streets NE. Source from bulk items that were picked up, but partially spilled all over alley. Half bulk items (couch and more) remain behind house (1110 Owen St NE, Redfin sign in front).

    This second trash bin (DC Govt) has not been collected in two months. It does not belong to any of the residents. It is no longer a "trash collection missed" issue (311 kept closing my report on that without addressing the problem), but rather it is an illegal dumping issue. Please have the bins picked up and permanently removed.

    This large gutter has been clogged with dirt, gravel, and leaves for years. I think it would be advantageous for the city's storm water runoff management if it was finally cleared. Location is the northeast corner of Connecticut Ave and Albemarle St (gutter on Conn. Ave).
