    Major repatching done terribly.

    Gerrard Street between Yonge and CHurch is in HORRENDOUS condition. Actually it extends all the way to Jarvis. This is a result of continual terribly patched potholes and other damage. The entire street from beginning to end needs to be repaved from scratch. It is in HORRIBLE condition.
