    In the alley of the 600 block of Elliott St NE the Evolve property management company owns approx 6 garages and have started storing (see attached photo) trash cans on top of heir garages. I don't feel this is neighborly nor healthy for my family. As the cans are open and some upright it creates a great mechanism for water to collect an breed Mosquitos or an area for a rodent to make a nice home. Please help!! Thank you in advance:-)

    Since the wind storm that fell upon the region a couple of nights ago, I have had to find another exit out of my driveway. At any rate, I'm feeling it is very difficult to maneuver around the Evolve's Property Management Truck and am just wondering if they are legal to park there? Thank you.

    There is a 2 hour parking sign requiring payment, however there are no meters nor a zone number to enter to pay. So what does one do if hey get a ticket? Tried calling pay by phone parking to pay but couldn't get a human to talk to. Asked the management in Crepe Away for the zone number and they said there is none and no meters to pay. Something needs to be done. Either change the sign or add a meter with a zone number so people can pay.

    In front of 607 Elliott st NE. I'm getting tired of reporting bulk trash for the neighbors on the 1300 block of F st NE who think its okay to put their trash on our street instead of on theirs!!! It's unsightly to look at so they put it on our street ALWAYS!!!

    There are no signs posted for no parking. As a neighbor and concerned citizen who uses this street frequently, I think allowing a vehicle to park I'm this unmarked spot, let alone a small vehicle, can make for some unfortunate outcomes (both as a pedestrian and driver), as one tries to maneuver across the Maryland causeway.
