City employee was seen urinating in the open today. His vehicle was parked along the richmond henrico turnpike 1500 block. It appeared he was picking up trash along the bike path. I drove by him and noticed he was urinating right along the bike patth. I looked back to make sure and he was. Is this the image you want for your city employees ?

There are multiple large potholes along this very busy stretch of the road. They are growing everyday and people are swerving into other lanes to avoid them.

Huge potholes near intersection of Hospital Street and Oliver Hill Way. Cars are swerving to avoid holes.

There are atleast 6 very large potholes on Valley Road. The potholes are making drivers swerve into incoming lanes and are dangerous.

street light directly in front of my house does not work properly, it flickers on/off all night long. please fix it. thank you.
