On 04/23/2014 at 8:54PM I caught people dumping. The group consisted of (4) males in (2) autos. One auto was a Uhaul license plate A56296, Arizona License Plate. The other Auto was a Honda 4 door sedan that is an off white color. The Honda sedan has a baby on board sign in the rear window on the passenger side. The Honda has a California plate that I provided to the Oakland Police. This group left a large pile of garbage and other waste behind.
