I saw the animal last night as I was taking trash out, looked to be run over by a car, as in flattened out, which made it difficult to ID as cat or giant rat in the dark, probably the latter.

Every house from 754 to 768 Quebec pl nw, with the exception of 758, has neglected to clear there sidewalk over the last several weeks of bad weather. This has resulted in there being a sheet of ice on the sidewalk for nearly this entire span of time. This is an inconvenience and a safety hazard, particularly for our senior citizens who are forced to climb over a bank of snow and walk in the street just to get down the block.

The residents of 742 Quebec Pl NW regularly put their two dogs out in front of their house to defecate unattended. They are often shoo'ed from their front yard, which results in the dogs defecating either in neighbors yards or more often by the sidewalk in front of their a neighbors houses, where there is typically one or two pile of feces per day.

On Sunday 2/23 afternoon, their dog left a pile on the front walkway in the property of 744 Quebec Pl - ahain. When confronted about it, the residents blame it on other dogs and refuse to take action. This - in addition to their now leaving bags of garbage sitting loose in the back alley (reported separately) - is a sanitation and health risk, beyond the obvious infraction, in that this attracts rodents and other pests, as well as ruining the grass and is simply disgusting to have piles of feces in and around neighbors' properties.

Please take action to serve notice, fine or make some other poignant point on behalf of the city to assist in enforcement and to help avoid further unpleasant confrontations. The problem will obviously not fix itself and the resident seem unwilling or just delusionally oblivious to the negative impact their actions and inactions are perpetrating on their neighbors and community.

The residents at 742 Quebec Pl NW again have put large bags of garbage in the alley behind their property outside of the cans, which strangely sit several feet behind the bags of trash not being utilized. This bizarre behavior is becoming habitual and is contributing to our infestation of rats and mice. Please do something; a notice, a fine, whatever may help get through to them that this is unacceptable, unhealthy and illegal. It seems that they don't care about the consequences and will not comply otherwise.

Residents of 737 Princeton pl NW piloting uncontained trash in the alley behind their house. As a result both trash *AND* recycle collection crews ignore waste in non-DPW issued cans and loose trash laying around loose and in small grocery store bags. These people, who are packed beyond capacity into this house, obviously either don't care and or don't have sufficient 'official' recepticles for the massive volume of garbage that they generate. This is an ongoing issue with these people and requires immediate attention and intervention from city services.

The residents at 737 Princeton Pl NW have regularly been leaving piles of uncanned/uncontained garbage in the alley behind their house. It is put out with no apparent timing as to trash pickup, I'm guessing that it is just piled outside as it accumulates. This is a health hazard; a feeding trough for rats; mice, roaches, et al; spreads garbage all over the alley via wind and rodents; and makes our alley look like a trash dump.
