    Mr. Bill Hiner emailed me this. Last November some streets in the St Andrews subdivision were resurfaced. Approximately six weeks later the surface near 1132 St Andrews Drive started to deteriorate. After several calls to the Engineering Department, the area was patched. Less than a month later the patch started to deteriorate. About a month ago I called and asked for the County Engineer. My call went to voice mail (the recording did not identify the recipient). I left a message about the problem, but never received a return call, and the street has not been repaired.

    I would like to know whether any action is planned.
