    Although there is a master plan in the works to repurpose Telegraph Avenue, the lack of markings on the street for cyclists between downtown and Hwy. 24 is abysmal. Drivers are rude and often come very close to running cyclists into parked cars. Until this street is fixed, please PAINT a bicycle lane on the street as was done on 40th Street. There must be some visibility for drivers so they are aware that cyclists are vehicles too!
