    Lack of signage along E Palomar Street showing direction to the Sharp Chula Vista hospital. A sign (Blue background with White "H") at the intersection of E Palomar and Medical Center Ct. indicating the way to the hospital will help direct people to the hospital in case of an emergency. Last week I had to go to the ER, but missed the turn thinking it was the next street over. We will be having out of town guests this holiday and in case of emergency, it would be nice to have signage showing folks not familiar with the are the way to the hospital as well.

    The side of the bike path/walking trail on the south side of E. Palomar St between Heritage Rd and Santa Rita is littered with dog poo that owners do not pick up after their pets.

    Totally disgusting and needs to be cleaned up properly to avoid spreading any diseases.

    The new Wal-Mart has opened up and citizens which need to go eastbound out from Wal-Mart are forced to drive, and add to the already congested, through the Costco parking lot via Tierra Del Rey.

    Can the city please add a left turning lane (going eastbound) at one of the other entrances closer to the new Wal-Mart and petsmart?

    West Side of Broadway/H St intersection has raised ashphalt that needs to be shaved/evened out. When driving wesbound (especially turning onto Westbound H St) the cars suspensions get rattled quite a bit due to the uneven asphalt.

    The green lights going southbound on Monarche Dr @ the Santa Rita/E. Palomar intersection stay on for an extended period of time, even when no cars are going southbound and cross walk button was not engaged. There is a line up of cars going north on Santa Rita and East/West on E. Palomar that get backed up.

    The traffic signals at the L st and 2nd Ave intersection do not seem to be on light sensors. Taffic flow East-West on L St. is often stopped on a regular basis because of a red traffic light, eventhough there are no cars waiting on 2nd Ave and no pedestrian traffic.

    Many dead palms dotted along the south side of Otay Lakes Rd. between La Media and Santa Paula Dr.

    Makes the land scaping look terrible and since they are dead and dried out, they may be a fire hazard that are close to homes.
