H Street, from Bay Boulevard west to the bay, is covered with loose Blacktop from the local road repairs. Cars are getting good damaged, it is a severe mess. Need a road sweeper there immediately before costly bills are received

H Street, between Bay Boulevard and the Bay needs the landscaping taken care off. Weeds are very high and encroach on the sidewalk, especially on North side. Looks horrid. The auto category is "tree maintenance", it is not that!
