This big metal bar was perched on the edge of concrete wall around the ball field and fell with just a little nudge, falling very close to three young boys. It's on the ground now but could easily become a hazard again if someone tries to "fix" it by putting back up on the wall. It should either be removed immediately or fastened properly as soon as possible.
