This was reported before
I just witnessed him taking the trash from 259 Quail and walked it around the corner on Hamilton St at the curb

Owner of 259 Quail St sends his man over and he takes the trash that the tenants leave next to the house and carries it over to 263 Quail St who also leave their trash out everyday.I observed him doing this on a Monday. Trash day is Wed.
