    Somewhere in the area between Baldwin and Perry (probably Aaron Perry Park) some gun freak enjoys popping rounds every night without fail. The time ranges between 10:00pm to 4:00 am. this has continued for at least a couple of years now. It is hard to pinpoint because it is never the same time. It sure has to be costing him some kind of money for ammo.
