    Just curious as to why the lights are being left on all night at Coogan Pavilion in Edgewood Park?

    I'm not sure if this is a City or State issue, but when going north on Whalley, drivers get in the left lane only to decide when the light turns green that they need to speed up and cut-off drivers in the right lane who are going straight.They then get back in the left lane to turn into Satrbuck's. Maybe some signage or pavement markings will prevent this. This is almost a daily occurrence, and causes traffic jams and accidents.
