    There is CONSTANTLY a ton of trash, debris, overgrown weeds, and even broken furniture tossed into the VERY TOP OF THIS LARGE LOT, along the entire upper portion of it, which is ONLY ACCESSIBLE ALONG HILLMONT DRIVE (not Outlook Avenue), despite the lot belonging to an Outlook address. The trash and endless blight is DIRECTLY ACROSS HILLMONT DRIVE FROM 7500 and 7510 Hillmont Drive. In addition to the obvious extreme BLIGHT, there are also oftentimes USED CONDOMS AND USED NEEDLES HERE, as well. It is a MAJOR ENVIRONMENTAL AND HEALTH HAZARD.

    Around 3pm today, a white pickup truck drove up the 3000 block of 75th Avenue — which is a VERY steep hill — and a large quantity of rocks poured out of the bed of the truck, covering the entire street with rocks/gravel.

    THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS AND POTENTIALLY DEADLY ROAD HAZARD. We have a lot of motorcyclists who live within a 2-3 block radius, and turning onto these rocks on a steep hill could literally kill someone!

    Also, residents’ parked cars will be damaged by vehicles kicking up the rocks as they speed over them driving like maniacs up the hill.

    PLEASE CLEAN UP IMMEDIATELY. Thank you!

    This block of 75th Ave is very steep. Many bumper accidents have occurred as a result of these deep potholes on the top 1/2 of the 3000 block. Drivers who aren't residents here and who don't know about the potholes and how to park & drive on a steep hill oftentimes get their vehicles stuck in these holes, then end up ramming into residents' car bumpers while trying to get their vehicles unstuck!

    TWO huge piles of trash, clothing, broken plastic toys and BROKEN GLASS were dumped from 3022 75th Avenue up through 3044 75th Avenue. We bagged some of it in the middle of the night to clear a portion of the roadway for vehicles, but WE NEED YOUR AGENCY'S HELP in cleaning up the largest pile ASAP. Kids on our block shouldn't have to see this, and it's impeding traffic, use of the street, and driveways. PLEASE clean up before c.o.b. today. Thank you!!!
