    They live at that location - it's obviously a chop shop; At the least it's a not zoned auto-shop. They dumped the engine and debris and pissy beer bottle and recovered oil right on the street. It's a HAZMAT issue now!! I'm prepared to go to the media ...gotta lotta pictures!!

    So ..the black mustang in the pictures is involved in sideshow behavior regularly. the intersection ay Empire and Fitzpatrick is just wide enough; you can see the donut marks on the asphalt. Someone is gonna die if local LEO's don't crack down. In addition, evidence is he's chopping cars (he places the cars under a tarp when he's not stripping them)

    So ..we have a suspected "chop-shop" - this morning the neighbors heard them drag the carcass of the vehicle "see pictures" from Empire Road (where they live) to Fitzpatrick in front of a house and left it there! See pictures! I've been angry ..now I am @#$%!!!
