    Why can't there be two lanes that go straight across Capital Boulevard from South Main to New Falls of Neuse Road each way? One of the current left turn lanes could be used allowing traffic to go either straight or turn left. This would help ease the traffic jams that occur requiring as many as 3 light cycles to make it across. The light cycle would need to be changed to allow this to happen but that should be an easy fix.
