Telephone box has been damage for some time and has been wrapped in black plastic. needs a new box. Located near the end of the fence that borders Willow Park.

Concrete is broken and not level at this location and other spots along Bailey Cove Rd.

This tree was cut down last year (it was unsafe, safety hazard) they have left the cut up pieces, as you can see kids have scattered them all around. Please pick up

The box was damaged over a year ago due to a car accident....

Culvert is clogged (about 80% clogged) as it drains into ditch behind house's located on Willow Park Court. Trees should be removed to widen ditch....

Street light not working at night at the intersection....

The Bike and Walking symbols needs to be repainted.....probably throughout the whole Aldridge Creek Greenway...

Parking lot for Willow Park.... Willow Park Drive was recently repaved and the Willow Park parking lot was used for a stagin area. Why wasn't the park parking lot repaved at the same time..... equipment, manpower and materials where there! It is on the list for 2015?

Cable box has been broker for months.... now cable has new connection above ground....

Several large chunks of asphalt have come loose and pose damage to a car or bike rider.... please have these pick u ... thanks

Weeds over grown onto sidewalk, small rocks and mud on sidewalk.

Someone put this small pile of debris next to the curb..... please have it picked up......
