Severe water waste going on at the Valvoline lube business. Every morning irrigation is on watering their landscaping and flowing into the street. Location is northeast corner of main and east grand Blvd. Water comes on between 4 and 5 in the am.

Street lights on the south side of the 1100 block of east grand from main to maybe fullerton have been out for over a week.

Oil change business on ne corner of grand and main waters landscape evety day at 5 am with lots of runoff into street

Sprinklers on property at 1217 are on every day at around 4 pm. Owner of property not on site.

Large portion of pepper tree in front of 1217 east grand blvd broken off and blocking sidewalk. Tree is in bad shape and should be cut down.

Irrigation is still coming on every morning on the landscaping at the valvoline lube business on the north east corner of main and east grand blvd. This is against current restrictions now in place. Was reported before. Door hangers dont work

This is a second report. A sgnificant water flow into the street is still occuring on palisades road every morning in front of 3185 palisades. Happens around 4am .

Reocurrance of large graffiti on 2 garages on alley that runs from main st to victoria behind houses in 1100 block of east grand blvd. Happening too much need more police presence

2 properties across from each other are watering their land scape every day. Property 1 is the Valvoline lube business on the north east corner of east grand blvd and main. Property 2 is across the way ,a small house behind the gas station . property 1 waters in am around 5 .property 2 waters in the pm around 4.30

Water runoff flows west bound from landscape or something else that fronts the street in front of 3185 Palisades rd.every morning around 4 or 5 am

Chair,tire and other trash and weeds allowed to accumulate along alley way.
