Traffic is not stopping at stop signs and pedestrians are being put in danger. Stop signs at Melrose and E. Palomar, Monserate and E. Palomar, and E. Oxford and Monserate are all especially dangerous. Drivers slide through stops, get angry and go around drivers who do stop or just run the stops with no regard to the sign.

208 E. Orlando St. Chula Vista, California - Southwest
On both Monserate and Melrose Avenues between E. Oxford and E. Palomar Streets cars are parked close to the corners obstructing a driver's view when pulling out. Also all these streets have handicapped access and a person has to almost get into traffic to be able to cross the street. Some of the curbs are painted red, but many are not. The unpainted curbs need to be painted and also law enforcement is needed.

On the southeast side of the intersection of Melrose Ave. and E. Palomar St. on the fence there is a drawing that is labeled "bomb". The students of Palomar School pass this daily and after the incident in Paris it is very disturbing. Please fix!
