Magnolia And Grant Ave Corona, California - Home GardensEarly in the morning, this intersection's traffic signal lights are not programmed correctly. The left turn signal will not allow this turn even though there is no opposing traffic. The wait to complete the cycle is about 2 minutes. If you have sat at a light for 2 minutes, it seems like an eternity. Conventional wisdom tells you that the light should be able to recognize the overall picture and allow drivers to turn left if it is safe and no opposing flow of traffic. It used to function logically, but lately, it does not. All I request, is for this issue to be reviewed and an assessment be performed.

351 Mount Vernon Way Corona, California - CoronaThere are two fire hydrants in the general proximity to my home. Both are covered with a black plastic cover that may indicate that they are inoperative. Can you clarify whether they are inoperative, or simply what is the status. Thank you for this program; it is a good communication tool for the citizen to interact with the City. Joe Ham
