    house has been a eye sore for the past year with a alot of foot traffic and drug use going on with people trespassing all hours of the night. stealing and littering through out the neighborhood.. house is not fit to live in and junk being stored in back yard which alot of the items out there is stolen. is there anyway to get this neighborhood cleaned up
