    Zoar Avenue was repaved by Luizzi brothers not that long ago. Now it is like driving off-road. Many people use this road to cut from Lincoln or Rte 85 to Central Ave and it is absolutely horrible to drive on. One of the worst roads in the City. Luizzi should have to repave it
