West 31st street was cleaned, however none of the leaves were picked up. These leaves are piled right next to sewer drains, and will likely end up clogging the drain and cause flooding issues. This area at the intersection of 31st adn Forest Hill ave already experiences flooding issues.

PLEASE CLEAN UP THE LEAVES AS WE CITIZENS WERE TOLD TO RAKE OUR LEAVES (which we did) PRIOR TO THE STREET CLEANING. THIS IS A BASIC CITY SERVICE WE EXPECT THE CITY TO PERFORM.

Weeks ago, a storm brought down a huge limb. It is sitting partially in the street, partially in the alley, and in front of my garage. The tree from which this branch came IS NOT EVEN LOCATED ON MY PROPERTY. SOMEONE MOVED THE LIMB WHEN IT FELL. please remove this debris from the street. Another branch looks like it will fall soon. and could damage property or people. There are a lot of children playing in this area.

There is a pile of trash that needs to be collected. The pile consists of old furniture, boxes, and broken plastic and is sitting behind the garage in the alley.

Yard Waste was not appropriately cleaned up during leaf collection ~1-2 weeks ago. It is the West side of 31st street, south of Forest Hill Ave. This side of 31st and Forest Hill routinely floods during heavy rains, and the leaves and yard waste that is not cleaned up will contribute to this on going problem.

Leaves were raked to the street when signs were posted in DECEMBER for pickup. Leaves were never picked up. There are tree branches that have accumulated making it very difficult to park and the piles of leaves are going to kill the grass on the curbs. with the expected rain next week, I am concerned about proper drainage. The intersection of Forest Hill Ave and 31st street is prone to flooding. CLEAN OUR STREETS so the roads don't flood!

The leaves on our neighborhood were never cleaned up. Signs were posted and we raked all the leaves to the curb, however leaves were only collected off Forest Hill Ave, none of the side streets. If we had known this we would have raked all leaves to Forest Hill Ave. This situation has persisted for ~4-6 weeks. The drainage sewers near my house already have a history of getting blocked and flooding the road, and this situation is made worse with the accumulation of piles and piles of leaves that will ultimately find their way to the drain unless they are picked up. DO YOUR JOB CITY OF RICHMOND!!!
