Can we get the sign back advising that the north exit of Bay Drive is closed for the park construction? A lot of cars are coming through not realizing it is currently a dead end.
    Thanks

Can Surfside inform us (residents on Bay Drive near the park) of the cause for the power pole being knocked over on Wednesday (along with the other poles being pushed to the side)? We had to cancel a Thanksgiving party for 15 people that evening, still don’t have wifi or television service now and the lines ended up on our cars. Witnesses said it was a truck backing down Bay Drive and if so would like to know the driver, the company that owned the truck and what job site it was working for.
    Thank you,
    Andrew Craven

Is construction now occurring on Saturdays of the park? Workers are hammering away. We’ve lived through the Bal Harbor garage and houses and need a break.

When/will the contractor spray paint be removed from the road and curb of our house?

Is construction at the park going to take place every Saturday? If so, can the alarms on trucks be stopped? Those of us on the block have had to deal with construction from the Bal Harbor garage every Saturday for 2 years and need a break. Also, is construction allowed on Saturdays?

A piece of a car from last night’s accident knocked over the fence between ninety sixth street and the south side sidewalk. A person on a scooter fell in the pieces. The fence was pushed back up but isn’t stable. It’s the area next to the basketball court.

Lukes Landscaping crew is using chainsaws at 6 am. The company told the police who arrived that Surfside Public Works approved this. This is a bit early to start with chainsaws.
