on Sunday afternoon at about 1 pm, an active train was using this spur of train track, the traffic signal about 20 ft past the track was green. There is no train crossbar, no train signal, and I nearly ran right into a train that started moving as I approached the track, while going the posted 20 mph speed limit. The only thing that stopped the accident was the train horn, and me slamming on the brakes.

Lot is overgrown, and weeds stick out into street. Renters have mowed a strip of grass, after a neighborly request, however, they never edge by the street and sidewalk.

Yard is full of junk. Porch is full of junk

This location has a constant pile of debris on the corner. Toilets, TVs, furniture, carpet, mattresses, and construction debris. Pile grows daily, and if it gets picked up, the pile just starts again.
