    The side walks and the curb ramps to get off the High curbs Handi-cap people NEED the Ramps to get on and off the Curbs and a LOT of them all over are NOT done so we have to be in the street with traffic on the narrow streets wheelchairs can NOT get on and off the Curbs without the ramps being cleaned right
