  • Hill To Hill Bridge Bethlehem, PA 18015, USA - Bethlehem

Please. Will someone take some pride and accountability in ensuring that ALL of the lights on every tree on every light pole on the Hill to Hill Bridge are lit? This is not a new issue. The last time I called City Hall about this issue I got the typical runaround and pass around so typical of the public sector. No one seemed to know who was accountable for this issue. I surely can't be the only person to call
    In about this issue.

My reason for this report is in reaction
to a friends of mine from out of town tried to take a photo of the setting looking down the bridge and remarked that it sure would be a nicer photo if all of the trees were lit.

Seriously, what is the problem? Will someone please pick up the slack, have some pride in your Christmas City and fix this issue once and for all?

  • Intersection Of Club And Pennsylvania Ave. Bethlehem, PA - Bethlehem
This ill placed crumbling median strip has been in place for years and makes me think that because of its location, on the border between Allentown and Bethlehem, is the reason why this bad feature has never been fixed. Try traveling north on Club Ave to this intersection and then make a left turn onto Pennsylvania Ave going towards the now defunct RR bridge. The turn is unnatural and forces the driver to swing wide and then make a tight left turn. This is a busy intersection and sometimes to even make it through, you must act very quickly. The median strip or what's left of a crumbling one on PA AVE should either be realigned or removed altogether for an easier left turn from Club Ave to PA Ave. Please fix this! Who is responsible? Even the MCall's Road Warrior won't touch this issue.

Why must city lands look so sloppy, grass uncut or very poorly cut, weeds growing up through cracks, etc.? This is not a good first impression to city visitors. You elected guys waste time fretting about the wrong things and forget about the most important first impression things. Sort of like wearing a thousand dollar suit from the London Shop with your oil change sneakers on....

How about a cutting sometime at least once this summer?
