    There are two deep potholes on Hague - close to the Dale intersection. They can be damaging to cars - and are damaging to bicycles.

    Hole where side walk meets the street. Foot is able to get caught. Small rodents / animals can easily come and go ... This is at the North West corner of Avon and Wheelock.

    Many potholes on Cottage between Dale and Danforth. This is a recurring issue.
  • W Cottage Ave Near Kent St St. Paul, MN - North End
    Deep hole remains after Stop Sign was removed and relocated. There is a very deep hole that needs to be filled. This is a corner where children wait for the school bus. This area was recently sodded during the RSVP project. Sod will need to be placed when the hole is filled.

    East-bound traffic is not stopping at the existing Stop Sign on Cottage at Kent Street. Vehicles are rolling through as though this were an uncontrolled intersection. This has been happening all of this week since traffic has been detoured.

    Already today there have been two situations where the car traveling on East-bound Cottage (through the sign) almost collided with a car traveling South-bound on Kent.

    Please have someone observe the traffic at this intersection or provide additional signage.

    The storm sewer on Cottage W near N Dale is filled with debris and sand. Rain can not drain. (South side of Cottage)

    First noticed two tires on Tuesday morning, 7/16. Someone has moved them onto the north curb. The two tires still remain. This is on W Cottage Ave near N Dale.

    The storm sewer on Cottage W near Alameda is filled with debris and will need to be cleared.

    Very dark on this block of Cottage W - between Grotto and Avon. The very tall pole is located on the north side - mid-block. It was so dark I was not able to read the house numbers nearby.

    Cars are blowing through this intersection. Dangerous. East bound on Cottage. This stop sign is tilted and is now hidden by the tree. SW corner of intersection. See attached picture.

    Dangerous intersection - drivers do not stop - as they cannot see the stop sign.

    South bound on Victoria at Jefferson. This is a 4-Way stop and this sign is blocked by the tree. (SW corner)

    An orange Saturn SUV 993 RFF (WI) was dumped at our home on the morning of July 17, Tuesday. It remains at our home, parked where I can not make use of our sidewalk to gain entrance to my car. (I have difficulty walking and we cannot use our own spaces by our sidewalk). There are two other vehicles that are also parked here as well, also WI plates. These other two vehicles have been coming and going at random throughout this past week; a red sports car and a silver sedan.

    Cottage Av W And Dale St N St Paul, MN - North End
    There are several pot holes on Cottage between Dale and Danforth. Last fall there was heavy machinery parked there, which created the holes. The holes are getting larger. Please repair. Thanks!
