    Every weekend is the same issue with Our Lady of Refuge Church, the loud music is very disturbing, even with all my windows closed the music can be heard as if I was inside of a club. The music goes on from early in the afternoon to late at night hours, I have called the 70pct numerous times and I keep getting referred to 311, however every time I make a noise complain with 311 nothing is ever done, cops don't even bother to respond because the location is a church. PLEASE HELP.

    Extremely loud music constantly being play at party events inside 2020 ocean avenue, our lady of refuge church, this is a constant problem, specially during the spring and summer time, where extremely loud music is usually played from 5pm to 3 or 4 am in the morning, in many nights music usually can be heard from a block away and people like myself who live across from the church are unable to sleep due to the extremely loud music coming from the church. The community board needs to address this issue as soon as possible so they can put a stop to this chronic problem, this is not fair for members of this community living near the church, the church needs to obey the nyc laws just like everyone else.
