    Payne and Edgerton shortcut traffic on Jessie St and Jessie and Brainerd Ave intersection during the afternoon rush hour is potentially dangerous.

    Jessie st and Brainerd Av intersection is a big bus drop-off spot. And it's a "weird" intersection. With a ton of traffic moving through as people ( frustrated and in a hurry) avoid Payne and Edgerton backups I am concerned for my children, and the hundreds dropped off there.

    Also, quiet Jessie St is no a race track for cars avoiding back- ups trying to get to Edgerton the back way.

    Could an officer be around that intersection around 4:00 PM?
