    The cover to my water meter was crushed by a heavy vehicle. It is broken into three pieces, and the meter is exposed. The hole is also a tripping hazard. The meter is at the beginning of my driveway apron. Please replace the cover. Thank you.

    The two hour parking Monday through Friday sign for non zone one vehicles with an attached no parking for street sweeping on Thursdays 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. sign has been completely snapped off the part that is imbedded into the sidewalk. The short piece of metal protruding from the sidewalk is a tripping hazard. The remainder of the sign has been tied to an adjacent street lamp post. Please repair/ replace this sign immediately.
