1396 Pinewood Drive before tree service was completed

    I live at 1396 Pinewood Drive. The picture shows the street light that is on Upper near Lester on the south side of Upper. The light appears to be misaligned, instead of shining 'down' on Upper, it is shining 'northeast' and illuminating the back yards down the street where I am.

    On the other side of our property is city landscaping area on Upper. We are noticing water damage on our side of the block wall. Please check sprinklers behind our property to see if there is a problem there.

    I had to pay $250 to have tree roots shaved down to ground level because it was a safety and hazard issue. I have pictures. I was told the tree should be trimmed because it is overgrown. The cost will be $350. I am requesting the tree be serviced as soon as possible. Please advise.
