    Our neighbor leaves his Akita in backyard to bark and howl day-&-night. I have made several attempts to speak with them, but he refuses. Received his phone number from his upstairs neighbor whom also is fed up. I made a formal complaint with county which temporally worked, but the barking started again. It has now been as early as 3:00am, and into the entire day. The other challenge is once the barking starts it ignites all the other neighborhood dogs.

    Excessive dog barking all day. Already filed complaint with county to no avail. Also, neighbor let's dogs defecate in front of house. The smell is nauseous ting and attracts files.
