    Sewage is backing up inside the house. I snaked out 50' from the front of the house and it is still stopped up. the house is 35' from the street so the issue must be on the city side. please hurry!

    there is a clean out in the flower bed on the south-west side of the house.

    This sign should be replaced with a sign reading 'no parking beyond this point'... or maybe be removed altogether 😁. people visiting our home are always confused on where they can park and this sign is confusing. the lot next to us was recently purchased and I can't figure out why parking in front of an empty lot is not ok?
