This car has been abandoned on 45th street between Linden and Adeline for a few months There is a guy that comes by to work on it, however, he shoots drugs, screams and yells all night long, and just today had a dog with him not on a leash that attacked a neighbors dog He plays loud grunge music all hours of the night, and pounds car parts constantly He is disrupting the area and we are fed up with him!!! He needs to be removed immediately I'm tired of his ranting and that car near my building
