At the end of the exit ramp from 45 South to quitman St. /white oak Dr. There are a few potholes, it looks like a minefield.

At the intersection of Hempstead and Antoine.
The traffic signal for drivers making a left turn from hempstead Northbound to Antoine is knocked down and it's difficult to see the signal, so drivers turn when they want.

Traffic signals have been flashing red for the past 4 days at the intersection of Clay Rd & hempstead Rd.

Intersection of hermann drive and Austin St. SUV parked in No Parking Zone, partially blocked crosswalk and ramp for pedestrians & wheelchairs.

Car parked in front yard for at least 4 years.

Flooded at Intersection of Fulton St. and Quitman St, Metro buses are unable to pass.

Street sign that says Jacquelyn Dr. & Hammerly was knocked down by a drunk driver or someone involved in an accident.

2 -3 times a week between 4pm and 6pm, all the traffic lights at the Hempstead Rd. & 43rd St. intersection start flashing red lights, drivers on different sides try to cross first and block those who have the right of way. They have sent someone to fix this but it happens again.

The Washateria next to AutoZone- Auto parts store is Currently using a sign for the business while having an Expired Sign Permit.

Accidents at this Busy intersection happen almost daily. Traffic going north or south on Antoine have protected left/right turn traffic signals. Traffic going west or east on long point do not, drivers who want to make a left/right turn from long point to Antoine must yield but drivers do not yield to oncoming traffic and have an accident. Sometimes one of those Involved, leave the scene. HPD Officers have told me it happens all the time. Please install protected left/right turn signals for those who want to make a left/right turn from long point to Antoine.
