    Southbound on the rock Creek Parkway, there's a huge traffic signal timing issue. Between 9:25 AM to approximately 10 AM there is far too little green going southbound. This is causing massive back ups north of the Massachusetts Avenue entrance

    It's less of a pothole and more like a developing sinkhole. There's a huge dip in the road and it seems to be getting worse and worse every day

    Connecticut Avenue changed its rush-hour parking restrictions to 10 AM. However many of the sign still say until 9:30 AM, causing conflict on many blocks and many cars to be illegally parked. This forces cars to move from the curb to the center lanes risking an increase in collisions.

    The same problem exists for the evening rush-hour signs on the other side of Connecticut Avenue too.

    The problem exists from Calvert Street to the Maryland line, not just the location on the map with this submission.

    There is no option to report signal timing issues so I'm doing that in the additional description.

    Northbound on Connecticut Avenue, the signal timing is inconsistent and often very short green signal. I observe just three cars able to make it through the signal at about 8 PM tonight
