Extremely tall grass and weeds at this residence.

Resident at 2624 Slate Drive has a small travel trailer parked out on the street in front of their residence. It has been parked there for weeks. It is causing a traffic hazard for cars traveling around the curve on Slate Drive.

Streetlight out eastbound on Hobbs Rd. just west of Hobbstone Circle. Light pole is marked with tape at base.

Would the COH please pick up some curbside yard and shrub debris located at 2509 Oxmoor Blvd. Thank you.

Would it be at all possible for an inspector with the COH Community Development to make contact with the owner of the residence located at 2725 Slate Dr. in reference to the tall grass and debris in the front yard. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Would the COH please consider putting up a guardrail on the southwest corner of the intersection at Hobbs Rd. and Bell Rd. Over the years, vehicles have made the left turn from Hobbs to Bell way to fast and have ran off the roadway into the bushes. Several vehicles have also struck the backyard fence of a residence located on Slate Dr. Any consideration would be greatly appreciated.

Car bumper on the northbound side of the overpass at S. Parkway and Lily Flagg. Needs to be removed.

Street light out at the intersection of Hobbs Rd. and Redstone Rd. Light is behind the two way street sign in the attached picture. I could not provide an address.

The house located at 2760 Slate Drive is being advertised online as an AirBNB. Is Ashton Manor subdivision zoned for this kind of business? Have the property owners contacted zoning, applied for a business license, and paid for said license? Any answer to this inquiry would be greatly appreciated.

Did RANA change the recycling schedule for the Ashton Manor area? Recycling has not been picked up yet. I know that last week had a holiday in it and Covid is probably causing employee shortages. No information on the RANA website about date changes or delays.

Broke down Lexus SUV parked on street in front of 2760 Slate Dr. Vehicle has flat tires and is parked facing wrong direction. Has been parked there for months.

Water coming up out of the concrete in front of 2509 Oxmoor Blvd.

Two street lights are not working on Redstone Rd. across from Bell Mountain Park. The lights are on the south side of Redstone just west of the Hobbs Rd/ Redstone intersection.
