    Edging on roof is still broken. (Reported about 2 months ago). Vines still in Comcast cable line. Also, because they haven't been keeping up the yard and property, we now have vagrants trying to break into the property and storing things behind the garage and shed. Also, I just caught a homeless person going to the bathroom on the sidewalk next to this house (in the yard sidewalk).
