The 2 sewer grates on Abbott never drain until hours after it's stopped raining. Water flows around the corner to the single sewer grate on 48th Street and drains there when it can. In the meantime, the sidewalk and boulevard is flooded with every rainfall (including a new tree that was planted by the forestry department this spring). While this is annoying now, it is dangerous during winter/spring snowmelt. I've submitted multiple complaints about this to no avail.
