    This 5-way stop is difficult to navigate. People seem to have a hard time knowing when to go / who should go first. One of the corners is blind - 8th Street and Allison cannot see each other. There is a mirror meant to help with that but miss placed and too far away to see.

    Additionally, there is often a group of guys that meet there, but don't live in the nearby houses.

    There are about 35 cars that cannot get up the hill to plowed streets. Parking only on one side, plowing/salt should not be a problem.
