The allyway that runs parallel to 21st street and Saratoga Could use some work I have reported this before but the only part that was fixed was the east/west ally way I have provided pictures this time. The Pot Hole is about 10 feet wide by 5 inches deep. The other side is pretty deep also but was filled with gravel by a resident about a year ago. There is really only about 3 feet of paved road at the smallest section.
