    Several years ago the city dug up the right of way and upgraded the waste drain from our house. I contacted the city a few weeks ago about the collapsing soil seen in the picture above. The city came and said they camered the drain and there was no leak. The soil continues to collapse more so could someone take another look before I purchase some topsoil and try to fill in the hole.
