several homeless individuals have built a makeshift tent shelter on Peal St between 12th & 13th St (closer to 13th St) they have makeshift beds/furniture and there are as many as 10 people there. Many of the individuals have mental issues or drug problems and can become aggressive towards citizens walking up/down 13th St. Not to mention they pee and poop in the area on the sidewalks exposing themselves and never cleaning any of it up. I could go on but I think you get the picture.
