eople are still walking in the streets to commute to work. Around the corner the sidewalk along Staples on Washington Blvd has the same issue. -

Snow/Ice conditions on street ArchivedTarget 100 14th St, Jersey City, NJ, 07310, USA - The WaterfrontI don't know what the deal is but every year Target fails to shovel or salt the pedestrian sidewalk along 14th street. There is no alternate sidewalk across the street from them and I've had to walk in the road to get to and from the PATH train, stopping and standing sideways every time a car goes past. Two days ago I was forced to walk in the street and was splashed from knees to toes with slush by a car driving past. Washington Blvds sidewalk along the Staples strip mall is also untouched and I'm forced to walk in the road there as well.

Icy sidewalks Open619 Marin Blvd Jersey City, NJ - DowntownThe sidewalks around Jersey City Uneashed's property, especially the Marin Blvd side are thick with inches of bumpy, cracking, increasingly slippery ice. They have made a minimal effort all winter to keep the sidewalks shoveled, and never salt either. The 15th street side of the property is also dangerous. They need to keep in mind that just because their clients drive there into a driveway/front lot doesn't mean there aren't pedestrians around their property.
