Concerned City Resident

Ok so we have the Company Century removing snow from our city streets on corners and hydrates sub contracting for the city. While doing so they are also removing snow from peoples sidewalks, driveways and parking spots. Even observed the owner of the house move his car so it could be down to bare pavement. How is this justified to all taxpayers.
