The sidewalk around the abandoned senior center has not been cleared of snow all winter. Why is the City allowed to ignore its own rule of requiring sidewalks to be cleared of snow within 24 hours of the end of a storm?

The snow is two to three feet from the curb and needs to be pushed back or removed. There are currently no cars on the odd side of the street, this will make Abigail difference with cars normally parked on both sides of the street.

In the last 24 hours since the snow emergency began, there has been no snow removal or plowing on this street. Currently, on the odd side of the street, the snow is at least 3 feet from the curb. This is a very narrow street with parking on both sides, with the lack of proper snow removal, emergency vehicles will be unable to get down this street after the snow emergency is over. This is a persistent problem, obviously, no one is listening. At a minimum, there should only be parking permitted on side of the street.

Someone has been illegally dumping at the end of the street. This is a persistent problem. There was a fence at one time across the parking lot with McDonald's, perhaps if the franchisee was required to put the fence back up, this would discourage people from dumping here.
